When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping, handled by USPS, typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
What if My Order is Delayed?
If your order is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect information, or if an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. During holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. For specific holiday shipping deadlines, visit the USPS website.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships; please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates. If there is no movement on the tracking for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@7hydroxydirect.com for assistance.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived 7 business days after the expected delivery time, you may file a claim with USPS. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist you. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but has not arrived after 4 business days, contact our team at hello@7hydroxydirect.com for further guidance.
